Today I cleaned out the vents and heat exchanges in my laptop. I mean REALLY cleaned them out. 

Below is a comparison of before and after temperatures.

Without a temperature monitor I would have assumed I needed to reinstall Windows 7 again. It's the kind of thing that creeps up on you until you start noticing something's not right and you say "WTH?!"

I use Speccy to monitor my laptop's temperature.
